The cooldown module is only obtainable via Sylvan's trades, crewkilling the Hektar Loot Transport or using Billy/Metyunt at the exit beacon of Hektar Mega-Market (tm). I had only EMP weapons, a level 2 defense drone, and a level 2 attack drone. Flak Flak weapons fire waste debris in a shotgun-like blast. They can only be shot down by Mark II Defense Drones. Once all shields are down, lasers can hit rooms and deal system, hull, and crew damage. Each laser shot temporarily removes a shield layer. Faster-Than-Light speed, FTL combat, planet-side sieges, strategies, tactics, ranks. Lasers are general-purpose energy weapons.
